Return & Exchanges
Our exchange and return policy is valid within 7 working days upon receiving your parcel from the courier.
To be eligible, your item must not be from the SALE section and it should meet one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect item received
- Defective item received
- Incorrect size purchased
Kindly email to email@example.com to request for an exchange/return with the following information:
- Order Number
- Exchange to: (if applicable)
- Return item must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered)
- No cash refunds are allowed for all returned items, we offer store credits only
- SALE items are final and they are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Items purchased using the store credit are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Email us within 7 working days upon receiving your parcel from the courier
Exchanges (For Incorrect/Defective Item)
We apologize if you have received a defective or an incorrect item (incorrect size, colour or style). In this case, we will arrange an exchange for you upon verifying the mistake. Please take a snapshot of the incorrect/defective item/faulty product in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item. If the item is out of stock, we will do a refund via your original payment method.
Exchanges (Incorrect Size Purchased)
You may change to a smaller or bigger size of the same design if the item does not fit you. Please email to email@example.com to request for a size exchange (subject to availability). We will arrange a courier to send you the new item and a stamped envelope for the return item with a flat fee of $4.50. If the desired size is not available, you may change to other available colours/designs. Otherwise, you may opt for a store credit.
To return your item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you the shipping details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 working days. If you are approved, a store credit will be emailed to you. Please take note that we do not bear any costs of returns.
Store credits will be issued in a voucher code, which can be used to offset your online purchase. Your store credit will be emailed to you and it is valid for 8 months from the date of issue. Item bought using the store credit is not eligible for exchange or return.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned and exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The actual product’s colour and design may differ slightly from the photographs on our website due to differences in monitor resolution, lighting and photography effects and the fabric material. Due to mass production, there may be a discrepancy of 0.5- 0.8 inch for measurements. In this case, we will not recognize the item as a defect.
