What shipping methods are available?
All orders within Singapore will be shipped via a local courier and it will take 2-3 working days. We charge a flat fee of $2 for orders below $80.
Orders outside Singapore will be shipped via Janio/FedEx Express. For estimated delivey time and cost, please visit this page.
During sale/peak periods, please note that there may be a delay in deliveries.
What payment methods are accepted?
For orders within Singapore, we currently accept VISA, Mastercard, PayNow and iBanking. If you would like to pay using VISA and Mastercard payments, please select Paypal, Atome or Favepay.
For orders outside Singapore, please select only Paypal.
What is your exchange and return policy?
Our exchange and return policy is valid within 7 working days upon receiving your parcel from the courier. To be eligible, your item must not be from the SALE section and it should meet one of the following reasons: Incorrect item received, Defective item received, Incorrect size purchased

We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Hong Kong and Taiwan only. For delivery cost, please visit this page.
What is a Backorder item?
Backorder item means that the item is expected to be delivered by a certain date once it is back in stock. The ETA is stated under the product description and do note that there might be some delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Orders that contain backorder item will only be fulfilled when the backorder item has arrived. To request for separate shipment, you may write in to firstname.lastname@example.org.
